Modern Wall Graphics stands by the quality of our product. The materials used are guaranteed by the vinyl
manufacturer not to leave residue on your surfaces, for a minimum of two years.Though Modern Wall Graphics
products are guaranteed not only by MWG, but by the manufacturer of the adhesive vinyl material, neither party
can be liable for misuse of product by the consumer. Any variation from the explicitly stated instructions is cause
for the consumer to carry full responsibility.
Modern Wall Graphics does not have control over every imaginable surface that their adhesive graphics can be
applied to, so therefore cannot guarantee favorable results in any condition not explicitly referred to on this
website or in any literature of the company. The following are various conditions that are beyond the guarantee
placed by modern Wall Graphics and the consumer bears full responsibility for:
• If the product is repeatedly applied and removed, so as to lose its adhesive qualities;
Exchanges and Returns
Due to the custom nature of our product, we cannot do exchanges or returns based on customer choosing the wrong color or size for their order! Because each order is made to order, we cannot be sure that the decals you order will be resellable or received back in good condition. To assist you in ordering to insure satisfaction with your order, we offer a swatch color card and decal sample kit to see all of our colors before you place an order, and to test your surface for efficacy.
The following does not constitute a return
The following situations are the only cases that an exchange or return is accepted:
Only authorized returns will be honored. If you send back your order without prior authorization, it will be denied.
All returns must be authorized by our staff, before we will receive it. Please call 1-888-259-5767 for authorization.
Defect
Modern Wall Graphics will honor product returns if the product is defective in some way, related to manufacture, rendering it unusable. If you feel you have received a defective product, you must contact our customer service department for authorization. You will be asked to return the product in the same container it came in, to the address on the box. Be aware that this does not constitute an agreement of defect, until our return department examines it for defect. If no defect is found, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for all incurred shipping costs involved. We will not honor defect returns that do not pass our review criteria, and will not provide a replacement for product received that is usable.
Damage in Transit
If the box that the product came in arrives damaged, and on inspection of the contents, you find that the product is subsequently damaged, the shipping company that is responsible for the damage must be contacted, we will file a claim with the shipping company who handled the package. The shipper will then pick up the package from the delivered address for review. As a result, we will replace your package with a new one.

Shipping
US Orders - To speed up order turn-around time, we have upgraded our shipping to USPS Priority Mail on orders
wherever possible. Now most orders, after shipping, will be received within 3 days.
International Orders - We are now able to offer our product to international customers. International orders ship First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the order, which may take 6-10 days to receive.
Shipping Rates - The shipping rate is determined by the weight of the product ordered. Since each order is produced for each customer, we cannot provide Overnight shipping due to the need for at least one day of production time.
Production Time: Stock items, limited to popular styles, sizes and colors, require processing time, but no production time to fill orders. If your order is not a stock color, etc, your order may be custom made. Please be aware that due to the custom nature of orders, you need to allow for production time, which may be 1-2 days. For large orders (4+ Accent Packs or 2+ Wall Packs), production time may be up to 7 days, depending on order colors chosen.
Express Ship Options: If you have a deadline to meet for delivery of your order, we try our best to accomodate it,
many times without any additional shipping charge. Please speak to our Customer Service department about your
specific needs.
Payment Options
Through this site, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards as payment. By paying
with a credit card, you authorize Modern Wall Graphics to charge your credit card for the total amount of the
order including shipping and any applicable sales tax.
If you prefer to pay by check, you can mail it in to us and once we receive it, we will send notification that we are
processing your order.
Special Orders
In some cases, we can customize orders even further than what is listed on the site. Please verify your needs with
our customer service rep before ordering based on special instructions, to ensure it is something we can do.
On the order page, there is a Special Instructions field. This is where you type in your special order needs. If this
field is not available or you have a request after you place the order, simply respond to your order confirmation
email with your request. We will respond back to the request to confirm its approval.
Note: Custom orders are not returnable.
Security
Shopping on ModernWallGraphics.com is safe and secure. The site is tested and certified daily to pass the FBI/SANS
Internet Security test. We use your email, phone number and address exclusively to communicate with you
regarding your order and never distribute your personal information to other companies.
Taxes
Orders shipped to California addresses will be subject to a 8.25% sales tax.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This confirmation will contain the
details of the items ordered. You can also access your order history on our site using your account login. We will
also send you a confirmation email for when your order is shipped.
Discounts and Special Offers
Occasionally ModernWallGraphics.com will offer special promotions. The best way to take advantage of these
specials is to join our email list. One discount offer can be used per order. Discounts do not apply to shipping
costs.
Redeeming Coupons:
1. On the Shopping Cart page, enter the code exactly how it appears, into the box labeled “Promo Code”.
2. If your discount qualifies, it will be reflected in the order summary.
